LEGO Education Teacher Trainer
Since 1994, Mert Balın has worked at the intersection of children’s learning, technology and educational entrepreneurship. His experience spans hands-on teaching, curriculum development, teacher training and building education businesses in Turkey and Cyprus.
For our partners, that means working with a founder who understands both the learning experience and the practical work behind delivering it.
MasterKids grew from Mert Balın’s work in children’s technology education, creative activity centres and school programs. At its heart is a simple belief: children learn by exploring, making and discovering.

Do I need an education background?

Do I need my own centre?
Not every proposed model needs a dedicated centre. School and community venues can be explored, subject to local requirements and partnership terms.
What is the investment?
Investment depends on the country, delivery model, equipment and scope of the partnership. Request a discussion for a breakdown relevant to your plans.
How quickly can I start?
A launch plan is agreed after reviewing training, equipment delivery, local requirements and readiness. We do not promise a universal opening date.
How does the school partnership work?
Your teachers deliver the programs at your school. MasterKids provides the program content, activity materials and teacher training. The selected programs, equipment, training and ongoing support are specified in your school proposal.
